Legal Issues for our AdventureThere are legal issues to consider no matter what we wish there were or weren't. Each state, while homeschooling is legal in all fifty, has it’s own approach and regulations for homeschoolers. We want to be fully aware of what our respective state has for requirements or guidelines before we embark on our adventure. Some states have very few requirements or guidelines and leave it up to the family, while other states are quite strick about what, when, where, how and by whom.
